Queue hours no matter what time you go. They do not increase staff. They are not open in the afternoons and neither are they open on Saturday mornings. Always the same, it never gets better. Horrible. They lack competence to put the batteries and give an effective service.

Nefarious Service. They don't bite you at the bell, they leave the notice and run away. You are going to look for your package, you eat a queue of 1 hour and a bit and on top of that they say that the delivery man has it. Twice I have gone. They are incompetent, they don't pick up the phone. They don't feel like working it seems ... Such an essential service nowadays and their attention is horrible.

MINIMUM EFFORT SERVICE, I went to find the environmental sticker for my car and they tell me that the corresponding color is not available, they send me to another office in cunit, they DO NOT tell me to spend another day or ANYTHING, on edges, after make a long queue, A LITTLE WANT TO DROP THE LOIN IS WHAT THEY HAVE ...

Poorly managed essential service. I do not know if there is no desire to work or that it is poorly organized. It doesn't matter which office you go to, all the same.

Lately they no longer even bother to ring the bell, they leave the notice for you to go and look for it at the office, they have even left me notices in the mailbox of the advertising outside where only the president can access, in addition to the inconveniences that this means to me, in some cases in breach of the data protection law. If it happens again I will file a complaint. If you call by phone they do not answer, there have been mornings that I have called up to 15 times without getting them to attend to me. 13 days ago I received an SMS as my shipment was in the Barcelona office, I still don't know anything about my shipment, 4 days before I received an SMS from another shipment that had arrived at the Cubellas office, they had it for more than a week Without giving it to me, I had to go and claim it by showing up at the office.
