The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is no coverage, so it is advisable to go with all the information prepared. There are usually quite a few people waiting in line, but this is not the office's fault. The hours are very long, so I can organize myself and go when I can.
I understand that we are in a very bad time with the capacity and you have to wait in queues to be able to make arrangements, but what does not seem normal to me is that the postal staff complains because they have to enter the data in their system to send several packages. Because in this area there are no more offices but, it was very clear that I was not going back to this one.
Fatal package delivery, they tell me they have been to my home twice to deliver a package, and it's completely a lie, they always make me go to the office to pick them up. If they don't have personnel to deliver the packages, let them say so, but they can't take us for fools.
FATAL. There is an incredible line at all hours and two of the workers decide to go to rest or eat and the line increases. People waiting for hours. Shameful service.
Shameful xanadu post management I have sent a registered letter on 11/12 and they have lost it with 2 lottery sayings, the only thing they have caused me are losses HOW CAN THEY BE SO INCOMPETENT !!!! If I certify a letter, it is so that it reaches its destination, for that I have paid 5 euros of registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
And the reply from the staff is that the letters are lost, I have the same guarantees that a registered letter arrives as by ordinary mail. Shameful!!!!
