Terrible service. 1 hour and 15 in line waiting even though there were 3 people in the office when you enter only 1 attending and the other sitting. Very unpleasant staff, without respecting sanitary measures (with the mask down behind the counter and handling the packages and letters with it down).

It is not normal for packages to arrive at the office and remain 2 and 3 days without delivery, the worst thing is that it happens continuously.
