It informs that it is open, I do 15 km, and when I arrive I find it closed. The pandemic does not exempt from professionalism, even more so when it is not privately managed.

On the web it says it is open on Saturday mornings. When you arrive at the office there is a sign that says the hours are Monday through Friday and closed Saturday. The information on the website should be updated so that staff do not travel in vain and waste time. Thanks.

There is little staff, 30 minutes in line, at least they were nice. I think they need help, they are good people, but they go ass.
