Every time when I visit that place I spend a lot of time for sh*t
Office with a very professional, efficient and friendly staff. All are advantages and very good disposition for everything. The only downside but that is not the fault of the Post Office officials, is the schedule, it should be longer and open on Saturdays even if it is shorter hours. There are people who can only carry out procedures like this on non-working days, and this is a state public service, for which they should extend their hours and of course clear staff, so as not to burden those who are already there every day.nThanks for your efficiency.
They obviously don't want to work. They look for excuses not to serve people. During the time I was there, I saw several people come out upset. They told me they only had 10 minutes to close and they would no longer be able to attend me, they had other more important things to do. Total I had to go back the next day. And all because they say they brought me the package and I was not at home. It's a lie, there was no way out of the house because I was waiting for the package that was important.
At the time we are .... there is a lot of work, but they are always willing, with the pandemic this is getting worse there is more queuing and work than usual.
Very friendly staff. They help and advise in everything how to do it. They do everything very quickly, so there are practically no queues. If you need to pick up or send the parcel then this is a great option. I am very pleased that this service is provided by mail
