-A real carter @ disaster.n-They have left a package on the gate of my Rte. because we are closed for holidays.n-Instead of calling the recipient, they have left it at the hand of anyone who passes by, the package having value, and a lot of value.nn-A star because no one can be given and of course we will make a claim.

I'm tired of making complaints.nNefarious service.nOver pulled closed.nIf people work, when are you supposed to pick up the package? I don't have to issue an authorization for anyone to pick it up, what they would have to do is extend the hours.nWithout notification in the mailbox, directly message to the phone so that you can pick it up

They should at least open on Saturdays because they work part-time and only the morning shift. It is very difficult for me to collect my packages.

Customer service by telephone is completely void. They don't even answer the phone. On that side, dire management.
