Phew, I can't understand it in any way. They send me a message (thank God) in which they say that they have tried to deliver me a package and there was no one at home, there were 3 of us at home at that time, another message the next business day saying the same thing, when there was a person at home . I cannot understand how it is possible that while at home they say that we are not here, they did not even ring the bell. I hope it's not the standard way of doing things and that it's just that I've been unlucky ...
