Awful experience. If you can avoid sending stuff through this office, please do. Female post officer in window #6 is the most unprofessional individual I had to deal with for a long time. I wanted to send a small package to UK this morning, waited in the queue for 1 hour, my number came up, I handed the package to her, she spoke no other languages but Spanish (laughed at me approaching her in English), made no effort to understand anything I said, I tried my Spanish, she laughed again, refused to understand. Accepted my package, had no idea where UK was, no idea how to fill in a simple UK address blaming it on their computer system not comprehending any other addresses but local. Made a serious mistake in the destination address while processing the shipping. At this point I decided to take my package and leave asking for refund, she didn't know how to handle a refund either, called in a colleague who eventually processed my refund. Terribly unprofessional service.
Perfect customer service, the place is dusty. They need to put more staff in it, creepy queues form.

The building in Plaza Libertad is under construction and at the moment the headquarters are located next to the train station. I would have appreciated a sign that indicated it on the portal ...
