Fatal! I have had problems with them for a long time, they are slow and do not know anything. The worst thing is that I have been filing complaints for years because they tell me that I am always absent at home and they force me to go to the office to look for the package, they do nothing to fix it, I have talked to many people and there is no way I can solve this problem.
