Neither chicha, nor lemon ... I have not had bad experiences in the office, except that they rotate people a lot and do not have full control of the operation. The slowness and lack of agility with the procedures at the window are our daily bread, but it is what it is. You need a change of location, a larger office, a good modernization, more office staff and more stable.nnIt should have one day a week, with afternoon hours, like banks, since they are not open on Saturdays and for many people, it is materially impossible to go through the office at another time.nnWhat is said out there, that some at the window, lack blood in their veins, well, yes, that image is also perceived at times and it is unfortunate.nnAnd what to say, when the computer systems go down ... to cry, it is very angry to waste time in a queue, where you will not be able to do anything. The SMS system that alerts you when the packages arrive, to see if they check it and not screw it up in a scandalous way ... in two hours, more than 60 SMS RECEIVED !!!! Yes 60 SMS to let me know that THE SAME PACKAGE is arriving !!!!!!

An office shame, terrible hours only in the morning ... terrible, slow and clumsy employees, after more than 30 min. In the queue, because of how slow they are, they do not give me the package due to the lack of a signature carrying the woman's ID ... a service shame even when I signed an authorization, I have been denied.nnShame ...

Lo mismo. Esperando en cola 3/4h, y qué casualidad q a las 14h sale un@ emplead@ a la puerta, y dice q no podremos ser atendidos porque el sistema informático se ha caído.nAhora tengo otro paquete q recoger, me escapé ayer del trabajo y había una cola tremenda y me tuve q ir. ¿Para cuando van a abrir los sábados por la mañana ??

Queue at the door for 25 minutes, and when it is your turn they say that no package can be sent because the computer system has crashed, gentlemen come out and warn. Other people appreciate the time and I would appreciate a little agility in the matter, please. Thank you very much for not wasting our time.

I see a lot that people complain about the schedules and even so they do not change, it is still just terrible, and you really need late hours if it is not impossible.
