As service they are terrible, we already carry several packages that we have lost because they are in the office and nobody notifies and the courier does not leave notice in the mailbox or message or anything, you should know who you hire or how to improve service that for that you are a public service and we don't have to lose our packages because of you
The package has not arrived and now he tells me to pick it up at the office, no paper in the mailbox, nothing.
To be a public service they leave a lot to be desired, 2 days calling by phone and they happen to catch it, just like the health center.
They say they ring my bell on every package that comes to me and there is never anyone. Lie, there is always someone at home. I put a delivery address and they leave me the packages in a bar [WITHOUT ORDERING IT], because they know that I make my coffee there. Even the strongest ...
