Amazing. I have made at least 10 calls between 10:00 and 13:00 and they have not answered the phone. I've been waiting for a package for 17 days (when it supposedly took 3 days to arrive). Unfortunately ... I have not been given ANY solution at any time, in the 17 days of waiting I will have called 20 times and they have taken 1 CALL !!!!! Put the batteries or change the staff.
