Kind staff, sent some postcards, staff didn't speak English well, but tried hard to understand and to be understood

I ordered a pack from amazon but on web site they signed whio they passed but I wasn't at home for 2 days, but I was at home in that moment all 2 days and I haven't seen anyone, I went at the postal office too in the afternoon and my order wasn't in the back with other pack...bad service

They don't do their job

I have known several employees of the office for years and I personally have always been well cared for and treated. The attention goes in shifts, and they take good care of all the things that I have needed. I have no complaints at the moment. There are several girls, at least two are super veteran attending, and they are all attentive, friendly and take all the steps that I consult or request. I treat them with respect and education, I do not inflict them, and they always correspond to me, the treatment is very friendly, and the waiting time is what each person occupies, who is being cared for. On some occasion the director of the office himself treated me like another employee and is a cordial and polite person who gives you explanations and solutions. As for me, the office works well on a personal level. Regarding the mailmen, - mail delivery - I have to say that I know two delivery girls and these girls have been delivering during the hardest moments of the Covid-19 pandemic, I mean, door to door and face to face, gambling the type to fulfill and deliver letters IN HAND with the risk of being infected by fulfilling his duty. And no postal worker has ever received applause ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4f for their work during the harshest time of lockdown. I have not seen a postman applaud at those times for bringing you a letter when you were not even allowed to leave your house. Now they complain about the toilets when they used to applaud them from the balconies, but it was the postman who brought the packages and letters to the door of your house and risked his life and his job so that you would be happy. I think that as people, they do not deserve at all the atrocities that some people say to them around here. Before going to the post office to rant against the staff, first go to the Internet and find out about the procedure you want to do.
