Always I've to wait too much and dogs are not allowed, I don't know why? I had to leave my dog outside.

I have had no problems. I have a small online business and I send things with them almost daily. The only thing to improve the queues in the office and the (bad) reform that they have done with the automatic door always open and the entrance full of leaves (in my opinion the previous office was better). They should enable a place where professionals can dump packages that are already labeled and paid for without having to queue.

It has been renovated now it is more spacious and very friendly people.

Bad service, 2 lost packages. One recovered a few months later, the other nothing has ever been known. Sympathy is not his forte either.
