I have gone many times to leave packages at this post office, as a general rule they have always been very friendly, but the other day I met a very unpleasant man, who I suspect is the manager (or at least the girl who attended me approached to him to ask a question). What happened is that his attitude and tone when talking to me was very unpleasant and rude, I understand that we can all have a bad day, but when you are facing the public you have to know how to be. He went on to explain something to me in very bad ways in front of other customers, as if it was my fault for not knowing that his policy on not advertising packages has changed. I am not the postal worker, it is him, and therefore if a client does not know something you have to explain it to him, and if he has to explain it to 1000 because 1000 people do not know, enter your job, that rudeness does not Those of us who go to that post office have to endure it because the rest have a schedule that coincides with our working hours.
