Shipped packages 8 weeks in advance from the States. Still have not received two of them and they can not give me answers as to where they are located. The only answer is “oh they are somewhere in Madrid, just wait a few days”. Asked the manager to push for the package to be sent to this office because my time here was limited and received no help! They could not give answers other than what i already knew from tracking my package online. Their system is not accurate (two of my package said attempted delivery but they were still in customs and had to fight for them to be released). My only hope now is that it will be returned to sender and pray they don’t mess that up! Experience was a total nightmare and will never mail packages to here again!!

It is not as crowded as other post offices in Madrid. Staff is nice and attentive.

Sorry service. I have gone for the environmental label of vehicles (€ 5). It was faulty, I went back and arrived at 2:30 sharp, just closing the door. They tell me I have to come back another day. I tell them that I am not from the area, that they have given me wrong and I show it to them. Nothing, ridiculous hours, bad service and unpleasant. Shameful public administration

The hours have been reduced since June. The frequency of payment for the addresses for the delivery is weekly and they 'prefer' that you gonto the post office instead of delivering to the door even if you are at home. Vote by mailnwe better not talk.

The attention of this email is directly regrettable, as you can see that they are burned and everything is peeled off.
