Espace Cycle Motard

I have made an appointement for today to change the chain of my bicycle. Arriving at the store, I was refused service because I have a Canyon bicycle. The salesperson at the shop told me that Canyon is the only one who does any repairs on their bikes. I have then contacted Canyon, who not only says it does not place any restricitions on third-party service centers to service their bikes, but also lists Espace Cycle Motard as one of the referred centers in Toulouse. Very disappointed with the level (or lack) of service, in particular since I have made the appointment over a week ago on the phone and no one asked me about the brand and model of the bike before arriving at the shop.

For a small derailleur failure, I dropped the bike off on Friday and found it on Saturday morning for my club trip. Problem with Oackley glasses bought from them and still under warranty: 10 days later they were changed. When you are faithful to them, they know how to remember it! Trading should ALWAYS be a two-way street and not just seller to consumer.

Very friendly welcome, very competent staff. I recommend this store.
