Horrible experience. Bicycle brake came loose after emergency stop situation and ran into a car. Problem with cable. Obviously the bicycles are NOT maintained! Technicians that know nothing about bicycles. Worst experience ever.

Excellent service good prices and rental options

Brilliant association for bike repairing, i have made a few friends here from coming & learning how to repair bits of my bike. Really nice atmosphere, relaxed, friendly & very helpful. I can't recommend it enough, I would be lost without it !

We rented bikes for a day. Service was friendly and quick, didn't cost too much (10 € a bike), "les velos" were good, and in very good repair, and the guy there took the time to adjust them to our various sizes. Best of all: One can start a bike tour right in front of the shop, just following the "Canal du Midi". It's pretty hectic for two or three blocks, but then it's becoming really nice, and after five minutes or so, you're out of the city centre.

I hired a bike for the day to pedal down Canal du Midi. My rental was on short notice, but I was able to easily contact the staff by e-mail for a reservation and to confirm they were open. The person I worked with was very friendly and helpful. The bike was in good working order, and came with all the tools I needed for my day trip. I hope to return to Toulouse soon, and if I do, I will definitely rent from La Maison Du Velo again.
