Pity. A good station well placed and everything but station almost always closed, no people at the ticket office. An ATM only in CB ... I arrived in Paris 1 week and a half ago and had my papers stolen ... how to do, apart from defrauding, frankly ... with all the honesty in the world I must taking the train to go for a pass navigo and impossible without cheating, it's still crazy ... well in short ... a star because the trains pass very often and it's still practical.

Hello Today, Saturday November 14, 2020 I went to the ecouen ezanville sncf station to take my train to Paris north at around 10am. Before leaving my home, I had consulted the sncf application to consult the train timetables: no work or particular difficulties were indicated on the line. When I arrived at the station, I saw signs indicating the presence of work on the line. Being surprised by this I said I went to the ticket office of the station which was open to request information. I did not find anyone there. The main gantries giving access to the station platform were accessible, the large gate allowing to borrow them were raised as during a day of normal operation of the network. In addition, around ten travelers were on the station platform. The information that was given by the paper display was that a substitute bus was set up with passage on the station square, I looked for a provisional display post symbolizing the stop of this bus which would have could be set up without finding it. I noticed that on the other side of the street was a red vest and a person dressed in the clothes of the SNCF reception staff at the station. I therefore requested information from them and expressed my surprise at the contradiction of the information present on the sncf app as well as the absence of staff at the station as well as various elements previously mentioned causing confusion. for a user. The person in the red vest was pleasant in his answers (he saw my good faith when I showed him the contradictory information via the sncf application in relation to the real situation). I cannot say the same for the SNCF staff at the station, from whom I had to "tear" answers. In no professional context is his attitude justified. His argument was as follows: everything has been indicated and signaled for weeks at the station. It is up to the users to make the effort to follow the instructions ... It is for this reason that she must observe the hands in the pockets from the other side of the street of the users going on the platform, to trample while looking for a person who can direct them, to buy their tickets at the automatic terminal and to see them. go through the gates without intervening? Are we supposed to know everything about how our station works and what's happening? It would be good if this person was trained in more professionalism and if they did the job for which they are employed by your company correctly. If the concepts of reception and service are not his strengths, suggest that he move towards maintenance of the track, for example, or a traffic officer position or any other function that does not require contact with the customer base. But hey, these functions still require a minimum of professionalism. This situation annoys me enormously since I pay for a service and a service to travel. I am 34 years old and I have no difficulty in orienting myself, seeing in the distance or understanding the information that can be found in a train station. I myself am a train driver for a private company running on the Rfn. How would a blind, elderly person who does not understand French or never take public transport in my situation have done in my place? She would still be at the time when I am talking to you still waiting on the platform or in front of the gantries looking for any help under the gaze of one of your employees observing the situation without batting an eyelid. This is scandalous and very unfortunate for your image. Observe the surveillance cameras. If you have any that are oriented towards the forecourt of the station to realize what I saw that day. cordially
