This cph is a disaster and a shame, the switchboard is not responding so don't try to reach them because no one is responding the incredibly long delays I entered the cph in 2019 and my first appointment is scheduled for 2021 !!!! Is this normal? Is this acceptable? The different opinions speak for themselves but we are employees so we have to suffer ....

I had to call at least a dozen times it never responds and the worst is that it does not even ring it hangs live so to be helped I do not know how to do when we have a big problem So I called the one from Versailles I find someone who tells me it must be a problem there must be something wrong but in fact she has nothing to do and she does not so could not help me I think that as usual it is a public service filled with feigners who do not want to work a pity that France as so low but I really hope that all that will change even if I have hard to believe

July 2019: The standard telephone is cut (and if !!) for several months and there is no way to send an email. I learned this by going on the spot exasperated and forced to get answers. Staff at the counter very nice.

A very good reception, taking into account the file with quick registration, even if the delay is a bit long to get a date, it is a big joint with a lot of records to process, so quite normal.

Unreachable by phone, on the spot the reception to the minimum service. Apart from that, the rest is fine.
