Won't answer their phone! Absolutely useless... French bureaucracy at their best...
The Nanterre court registry is very, very professional! By email already super responsive whatever the request, I went there today for a change in my status and Hugo really helped me .. bravo and thank you!
I had never done any formalities at the Nanterre registry before. I hope this will be the one and only time. it must be the worst administration we've ever dealt with.
Catastrophic !!! We have been trying to submit an M2 form for 3 days, via our online space, but this is not possible, the website does not seem secure and is displayed as dangerous by Google. The telephone assistance never works, and the rare times we manage to get qlq on the end of the line, the person says that they cannot help us and asks us to see directly with the RCS for which the number is not also never responds. CONCLUSION: WE ARE TURNING IN A CIRCLE AND WE WASTING TIME IN AN ALREADY DIFFICULT PERIDOE
