Hello, I rarely leave malicious comments but now I have had enough! It has been several times that I buy a ticket that does not work in the station so when we are in a hurry because of this fault I miss my train and when I arrive in Saint Lazare, I have the same problem. I have to pass for a FRAUDOR, even though I followed the rules! I have more than enough. In other countries the system is simpler and more responsive. Why not with us ????? !!!!!!! AND the escalator broke down for SEVERAL months !!! (I don't mind this detail but I see a lot of people struggling in the morning ...) Please improve this. Even if this year has been difficult. It was the same for everyone and everywhere !!! Fix it for us please!

Good station, frequent trains and on time, allows to reach Paris quickly.
