They dont answer the phone rrrrrrr Wy I am i not surprised that another of France's public offices has service like this. I just want to change the address of my business! Tried online but got conflicting confirmation. One message said it was not possible to update and another said that my request had been accepted! looks like another painful trip to Melun and a day wasted

We're so sorry, someone used it. As it was our account, it is our responsibility to explain. We are in Paris, so we have never visited Melun and so far we do not know this comment. We are extremely sorry for this fault.

After applying for registration via autograft, I receive an email asking for supporting documents. Having some doubts about which parts to send and how to send them, I called. What a surprise to come across an incompetent and disagreeable person who is not able to answer just one of my questions .... I did however call the commercial court, I believed at one point to be wrong number .... Inadmissible to leave people without any answer .....

A misunderstanding at the outset could have ended badly, but the counselor reacted very well and was personally involved so that the file was perfectly managed and treated as soon as possible. In the end, pro and attentive.
