Cycles Le Grevès

I'm in the US and bought a Specialized frame from Cycles Le Greves. All communication went via email with just a few calls due the english/french language barrier. Everything went super well, they were always quick to answer. I'm looking forward to a trip to France and also to visit the bike shop once the pandemic is over.

Service there has been so-so for me. I got the answers to my questions from some of the staff, they had most of what I needed in stock, but some of the other staff made me feel like I'm wasting their time, busy no smiles etc. I spend 1500+ euros on cycling gear /year online, I was thinking to switch to this shop to support a local shop as it's next to home, but if service is not great I'll continue ordering online and only go to the shop for little accessories when I need them straight away.

In accordance with the opinions concerning the manager. Following a phone call for a repair estimate, the seller tells me to stop by and when I arrive the boss tells me that the estimate is paying 20% ​​of the price of the repairs !!!! (To be deducted if the repairs are made of course) On my bike about 2000 € of repairs so an estimate of 400 € even before having had an order of magnitude ... inadmissible.

The behavior of salespeople and saves is very unpleasant. No help if ever a problem arises. They should be taught to help each other, even for things that take 5 minutes. I strongly advise against this store, rather go to Boulogne Billancourt where you can find much better and much more welcoming.

After ordering my bike from the store called me straight away to let me know when it arrived in the store, I went to pick it up the next day with clear and precise explanations, the mechanics and bosses made all my adjustments to my needs, taking their time, they have checked everything once seated on the bike ... no. I would definitely come back.
