I got my scooter for repair several months ago. Arrogant seller and does not hesitate to openly laugh at you. He was so busy with his taunts that he didn't even notice the typos in the quote: the result I got a new battery and motor for the price of a simple change of handle (20 euros). Thank you urban slips but I slipped it well! Do not be too surprised at the end of the month by doing the accounts if there is a difference of a few hundred euros between the factor to be paid to the repairer and what the customer paid you :) A +

Faulty scooter, I will drop it for repair. It took 5 months. Under the pretext that the phone number was wrong, they did not contact me and made me pay child care fees. To avoid absolutely. Scams galore! Edits: Ah bah it responds quickly when its rating is close to 3 stars. it's coming soon without a doubt! I was in contact with customer service but you could not be reached

No one to take care of me ... someone came after me and they were served before me ... I was told to wait for the person to finish fixing a bike before taking care of me. Interesting as a sales method ... the legendary Parisian service. I would be better served on the internet ...

My scooter under warranty has been deposited since the end of July and I have not received any return for 1 month and a half! At each email or call I get the same answer "we will get back to you as soon as the technician has done his analysis" When will the technician do his analysis? no answer can we have a date, a deadline? no answer. My interlocutors seem to be annoyed by my insistence as if a delay of more than 80 days to repair a scooter was natural. Whatever my request, the answer is invariable: we will contact you as soon as the technician has made his analysis. Good luck with the after-sales service!
