Very good service upfront of sale. The guy was really helpful. I wanted a special children seat only available on-line and he promised to install it as soon as i got it. Went back for that and got a clear “No, impossible!” 😤(The good sales guy was off that day) As its not bought in the shop they cannot. Boss decision. The sales guy was totally wrong. Calling the boss seemed impossible. Even though they somehow had talked to him..... Anyway no time to do it today. In the end i just asked for the simple tool so i could do it myself. And even that was answered with an arrogant no!!!! 🤯 After 30 minute of discussion with them (even though they had “no time and so much to do”) they agreed to do it, but only next day. Exceptionally. It’s a complex thing they claimed 🤓 and i needed to leave it there for the day. So i went. Did it myself in 10 minutes easily at home. 😂 What a waste of an initially very happy customer! And what a waste of my morning.

Seller who takes the time to advise you. Does not push to make you take a model more expensive than another, but rather to meet your need. I was able to try 3 bikes, without feeling like a disturbance. This is quite simply what you would expect from a specialty store!

Great service. I had a little pedal problem and stopped by this store on the way. Immediate support and problem solved in 5 minutes. All in a good mood and mutual aid between cyclists. I highly recommend !

After having waited for more than a month for a maintenance for my bike, and when I had been asked for the make (Gazelle) and the model, they explained to me this morning on arrival that we do not assure repairs on Dutch bikes of this type because "you understand, Dutch bikes are complicated and we spend too much time on them" (sic). So if you don't need anything and you have time to waste, go to En Selle Marcel!
