We were transferring from Metro line 10 to RER C for Versailles and entered through a side door that was unlocked and ended up bypassing the ticket gates, which probably isn't allowed, but if they don't want people to do that, then they should lock the door. Happily, we were able to exit Versailles Rive Gauche without a problem using our t+ ticket.

One of the scariest places I've ever been. I needed to stop at this station around 10:00 pm and the place was abandoned, just one person, freezing cold in the winter because there is no cover, warnings on the inaccurate electronic boards, dirt and for the irony of the situation, in the background the Eifel Tower.

Love this station,but still too many 🚧
