Overbilling, incompetence, a job poorly done and / or not done at all, extremely unpleasant reception, 0 customer service. I come to repair 2 bikes (headlights, brakes, bike chain and general check up if other pbs detected). Ultra unpleasant technician who says no to all repairs: I can't, I don't have the tools (we're talking about Giant, one of the largest bike store chain in France !!!), I don't the parts ... After having insisted on several occasions, the dragger who certifies me that they have no more parts deign to call his colleague at the other Giant store in St-Malo where he finds the chain in question. And ends up like a con "ah bah actually it's good I found a chain ..." 1 week after the repairs are supposedly done. Finally the headlights are not repaired, the general check up is not done, the new chain jumps at each gear change and when I press hard on the pedals. The drag-la-patte also has a hair in the hand and remains as unpleasant as ever. The bill ! New joke: 65 € to change the brakes !! Just that. And 60 € for the other bike .. A nice scam and a nice overcharging to me and the State since repairs are part of the bike boost offer. Brief incompetence and swindle. Leaving the store, roughly on the window I see the poster: "best store chain of the year" (lol) Here, no doubt, you are the pigeon! So skip your turn and go to another store !!
