I put 2 stars because I don't like to give bad marks ... but only for that. I sent my car at the end of July, following an accident. Before that, I was asked to take 3 photos to assess remotely, which I did, but obviously, we did not see all the damage in 3 photos. A few days after dropping off my car, someone called to tell me that the work will be longer because there is more damage than expected, especially inside. And I am told in a cold way, limit by yelling at me for not having taken good photos. Excuse me for not being a mechanic, nor for being able to take pictures of what is under the body ... The work lasted two months, I never complained, I was always very nice on the phone, but each time, I was given the same condescending tone. After two months, I was finally called to come and pick it up. But when I arrive the radio / music / CD has stopped working (despite having been working for 7 years without a problem and still working the day we brought the car) and the brake light stays on for no reason. They make me understand that it is none of their business and that it must have been there before, when there was no problem when I left my car (apart from the bodywork). In addition, the alternator is broken. So I let them have my car longer for alternator repair and they tell me that they will see the radio at the same time. I picked up my car yesterday, the radio still didn't work and I was only told "oh well whoever did that knew about it so I don't know", and now they make me understand again that I have to let it go ... which I actually did because I could no longer talk to people who did not seem to know more than me on the subject and who only had one I wanted to leave and forget that I was taking my car back with more problems than when I had left it ... Overall thank you for the bodywork and the alternator, but it is obvious that I would not come back, too many small details (except the radio, it is much more than a detail for me not to have music anymore when I drive ...) in addition to the condescending tone and the unwillingness to help. I'm going to have to find another garage, and pay some more, for this radio. It's a shame, because otherwise the body repairs were nickels. (I anticipate: no I don't want to talk about it over the phone or I don't know what, I've had enough. Unless you decide to go back on your choice and fix my radio)

I am very satisfied with the service provided by all the staff at the Sourget garage: very good handling of the vehicle, strong implications in discussions with my insurance company to find the solution, good responsiveness. The reception staff are very pleasant, attentive and really professional; a special mention to Jean-Christophe who took care of my file (not easy), he was very available, understanding and showing a lot of empathy ... and with a smile.

For over a year, the Sourget garage has been maintaining my 2 bikes. The quotes are clear and precise. The intervention is quick. Regardless of the brand, the bike is taken care of and repaired. I really recommend this service
