My Ginko electric bike gave me some problems, especially with unexpected and annoying battery cuts (taf Fontain / Besançon bike). I would take out and put the battery back in and it would start again. As I suspected it was going to end badly I went to the store to take stock. The manager took my bike, applied the brakes, pressed the pedal and died like that (the bike). It was time for me to come ... He was operated (the bike still) with an open heart, at night I think, because by noon the next day, he was ready to resume service. Frankly thank you doctor for this intensive care in this crazy time when everyone wants to repair their bike at the same time.

I bought a very black Hydro almost two months ago and for now I have nothing to say other than I love! The store team was very good advice and the boss very friendly (and passionate) answered all my questions when I went to the store to pick up my bike. A concern with the battery that did not recharge from the first day but the team was very responsive by offering me another, new, which was in stock! Apart from this little mishap quickly settled, it was perfect! I remake a point after 6 months of use but so far it is flawless. I recommend.

Hello, I bought my folding electric bike at proxy cycles, I needed to change my derailleur + cable + sheath, I went to the school-valentin store, the material that I was sold was not suitable not too short, I had to go back to the store to explain the problem, I could not use my bike for 2 weeks the time he ordered the right product, I made 3 trips back to the store and I lost time in disassembling and reassembling unit, I was confirmed by phone that I will have nothing more to spend to get the right material, but once arrived at the checkout they ask me to get out my credit card. Unpleasant experience, I will never go to Proxy cycles Ecole-Valentin. And I think I will order my gear on the net now. It's quite surprising not to find good skills in a convenience store.

SAV to improve. I pay a deposit for a battery, I call three weeks after "ah well we did not order the battery, I get it then casing broke it leaves me still promising me a new.I return a month after" ah ben no the supplier has more "suddenly ... nothing any commercial gesture Two weeks ago we order a small room We go back a week ago" it happens in a week "I go back today" ah ben no we did not order in fact "Be careful to follow the requests of these customers!
