Competent and friendly places and staff. I came to buy a VTTAE this month, the staff are attentive and offer you impeccable quality mountain bikes and make the adjustments perfectly well I highly recommend! (Ps: They have a very wide choice of accessories and equipment! 👍

Warm welcome and sound technical advice. The salespeople are specialized and available, they do not hesitate to accompany you on the post-purchase experience which is appreciable especially if you are a novice. I highly recommend this store and their team!

I was told about the Vélos de Chailluz to buy a bicycle and I saw that through the large groups that sell bicycles (more means, more speed, etc.). It's quite the opposite !!! I accidentally walked through the doors of this shop. The salespeople are great. They know their job and I have more confidence in a store in which we see one of the salespeople going down Montfaucon taking all the gaps than another who speaks to me without demonstration. It's like a tattoo parlor, you go to the tattooed tattoo artist rather than the guy who isn't there. After several tests for the size and the model, I take the last Lapierre 2021. It was necessary to wait until March 2021 to have it (Lapierre deadline). They fought to get it to me in less than a week. In conclusion, this shop is the best in Besançon and I know what I'm talking about. It took more than 3 months before I decided to go back to mechanics. I have done shops and well the only one you can trust is this one.
