Nice home.
We were able to count on the help and responsiveness of the Registry in dealing with a specific request.
After filing a file in March 2019 for an order to pay against a bad payer (The Ravel Hartmann Company), our various reminders about the progress of the file will not be enough to see our request succeed before the said company is put into receivership July 10, 2019 (4 months after the filing of our file). The court team may be nice, the processing times are much too long to hope for a resolution of problems in time (Referrals file between the bailiff and the court and legal waiting times does not facilitate not things). Our only hope of getting paid is now in the hands of the legal representative, but the problem will certainly be the same. French justice is too slow to act!
