Great store, the sales staff are very technically savvy, and the workshop is really top notch! Great foreman !! The store is clean and the Covid hygiene rules are very thorough, this is reassuring and shows the good image they want to convey. At the checkout it's the same, you can feel the business in a good way, smile, recognition, efficiency. In short 20/20.

The reception and the rather complicated repair (changes of the 14 bearings with stuck screws of the rear triangle) were perfect. The bike ready on the indicated day, tested afterwards. Really recommendable.

I am on vacation near Chambéry and did not know Mondovelo when I contacted this bicycle dealer by phone. I was annoyed because our plan is to do the "velodyssee" and one of our electric bikes had a problem with the "Intuvia console". I was taken care of for a diagnosis immediately by Nicolas, my telephone contact. Despite an obvious lack of time, he remembered my "case". Nicolas couldn't do anything to fix this bike but he tried everything, it seems to me, to allow us to make our journey. After an hour of work, sorry, he gave me back my bike without charging me anything. I left telling myself that it is more a logic of helping a cyclist in trouble who animated Nicolas and his colleagues (I heard them think together on the case of my biclous) than a simple logic of profitability. When I left, as in Brassens' song "I said to myself that there were still people and beautiful people on earth". So thank you to Nicolas and his colleagues.
