5/8/2019 The worst treat I have experienced since arriving in France. I wanted to buy the Navigo cards for me and my daughter today. But the printer in the office near the castle went wrong. They told me to go into the station to buy. So I went downstairs. But the lady after the window who sit right hand told me I must get the electric or gas bills of my adress.（Of course I really did not remember that it would need these things). Then I could buy the cards. Then I went home to get my bills. I went back, but this time is the lady who sit on the left. Without more information, she told me if I wanted to buy the card for my daughter, I must buy from internet. Because my French is really bad. And the lady spoke really fast. I asked whether I could speak English. She answered you arrived in France, so you needed to speak French, and she only spoke French. I asked her some questions. She answered. So much information went into my mind. I need to have a think. So I really fogot to say Merci. But unfortunately the lady told her collegue, that," elle ne dit pas bonjour, elle ne dit pas merci. Elle est un fou". After that I got help from a nice girl. The right lady kept telling the girl, I came here 4 times, they explained everything, I did not say bonjour and merci. I am impolite. Whichever country I came from, bonjour and merci is necessary. Then, My questions are: 1. If you know my daughter must get her card from internet, why you make me back home to get the electric bills? 2. I came twice in all. But why you ignored the fact, and lied to say 4 times? 3. I did say Bonjour, if you have the camera, you can check. I did forget to say merci. But insulting others with the word "fou " is really the best way to show your indignity? Because I am not a French. I really don't know what is the best way to say out the rude and terrible treatment. But I am really disappointed about them. Their coldness hurt me and my daughter. By the way, in the afternoon. I went to the office near the castle. And the kind gentleman has done everything. And I have got our cards now. I hope no one else would be hurted by them again as me. So after confirmation, I can tell you, if you want to buy the navigo card. There's no need to bring the electric or gas bills. The lady on the right lied to me.
