My dad ordered a bike from me 2 months ago, we were assured it would be available after 2 weeks. 2 weeks later nothing, no bike no news, so we called repeatedly for know where the bike was and each time we were told that the supplier was not responding. Some time later we called again and we were told to come to the store to find a solution. We went there and learned that the bike ordered was no longer manufactured.We offered a bike € 200 above our budget.Service little commercial because no apology. My father having already made a big effort in terms of the budget (I am only 13 years old)
