Waiting in the queue to get a new basket and a mirror fixed for my Moustache. 3 guys at the atelier and not one is even bothered to ask me what I want. When I ask for assistance I'm being told to wait a d that someone at some stage is going to take care of me I had previously called to fix an appointment as I didn't want to spend too much time in a crowded shop whilst there is still Covid. They don't do that. Obviously organisation is not their thing. This is not the first time they treat me like this. Eventually left the shop, no-one gives a dam. I will try Intersport this afternoon.

I must say I was hesitant to go to this place because of the many bad reviews here, but I needed to get my bike repaired as fast as possible, so I just gave it a shot. Then, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and their professional judgement and advice - luckily there were employees able to speak English. Now, since I have a German bike with a very uncommon wheel that had to be completely repaired, I was wondering if they could do it. But not only could they repair it, they also did it as fast as possible, such that I could pick up my bike the very next working day in the afternoon. The quality is good and the price was absolutely reasonable and fair, in Germany I would have paid more for sure; they were even so kind as to repair my light for free. I cannot say anything about their bikes or prices, unfortunately, but I can definitely recommend this place and say "just give it a shot!"

Shop is good for finding spare bike parts and they have a good selection. They also have some pretty good offers typically on bikes. It annoys me there is no where good and secure to lock your own bike to outside. The rubbish bike rack is not attached to anything.

Bought a total of 5 bikes ranging from kids to VTT and very satisfied! Yes, price is higher compared to general sport shops, but that's comparing apples with pears. Quality has a price in the end.
