They have a reasonable selection of bike accessories but their service (especially from the woman who I suppose to be the owner) is truly awful. I went to get my bike checked out as the rear wheel was making a strange noise. She took one look at the bike and, seeing as I hadn't bought it at her shop, refused even to look at it. I understand that they are busy (as with most cycling shops around Paris these days), and that they prefer to favour their existing customers (technically, I am one having bought my bike locks from them), but this kind of attitude won't help to gain them new customers. Having gone to a different shop (who were equally busy), they took a quick look at established that the spokes were loose. I will be taking my service to the latter shop (near Soleil Levant tramway stop) in future.

Always busy but welcoming and last time I was there they sorted me out in 30mins. Response to email was also quick.

The shop does not look pretty when you walk past but it's definitely worth a look! VERY good advice staff and very good quality bikes. Thank you !!!
