Super fast and nice service! Arrived with a flat tyre, they helped me in no time and even proposed to lend me a bike if the repair had to last (it didn't). Keep it up guys, really nice to discover this place!

Fantastic. A level of customer service that you just don't find in Paris, every single person I dealt with was friendly and professional. The bike its self is a dream, makes my little journeys a breeze and a genujine pleasure. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
I'm a delivery guy and doing 120km a day with 2 Batteries. This bike change my life. It's a very good product and the team is amazing ! I can't say anything except I recommend. 5 stars!
