Disastrous experience with the seller of the Avenue du Maine store. After buying an electric scooter at the bastille store, then regular maintenance at Maine Avenue, breakdowns happened, and problems started. I had to come back twice for the last outage because the seller did not want to understand it, saying it was just that I did not know how to use a scooter, using a tone contemptuous but totally refused to try the scooter to see the defect (under the pretext that he does not want to touch the scooter is not his domain and he never wanted to sell an electric scooter). I had to wait a month and a half for my scooter to return to the store, which was indeed defective. All because the seller did not tell me that the mechanic was on vacation.
