Culture Vélo Brest

Culture Velo Brest is a CLASS ACT! I had to travel to Brittany for 2.5 months to take care of a family emergency and panicked at the idea of not having a bike there for so long. I decided to buy one (and then one more for my wife), but COVID had other plans. Try to get the bike you carefully spec'ed out in a pandemic when everyone is looking to isolate and find a personal mode of transportation. While other bike stores just turned me down saying simply "we can't help you". Frederique (aka Fred) was the consummate professional I needed. His customer-service attention is exceptional! I communicated with him for nearly two months prior to my arrival and he managed to not only find the exact specs on the bike I wanted (Scott Addict RC) but he also got the only Blue one left in Europe. He'd email me at the end of his shift late in the evening so I would get the info back in the US. Fred is a fantastic help (get this guy a raise!). He even got my wife the perfect fit for a bike of her own. Then the guys in the store where all super helpful. They installed our power meter pedals, the wheels I brought with me and were all just delightful. These guys love a good bike and give their clients all their attention and full service. I strongly recommend the store and its crew. Thank you! After 1,600 miles riding on the roads of Brittany, I can tell you that the bike did not disappoint.

Customer for almost 3 years following the purchase of a fuel trek ex 9.8. I came across a professional who was able to transmit his passion to me. I go back there when I have to (or not) and always with pleasure! I recommend this store without hesitation, both by their choice, by their advice through their mechanics!

Very satisfied even, I really do not regret my choice despite the expensive purchase of this type of bike, it brings more comfort and pleasure ... thank you again. I did not put 5 stars because the store is really far from where I live and for the after-sales service it complicates things a lot, it is true that a store of the same brand is nearby, however I would have preferred to do tracking the bike where I bought it. The bike culture team next to where I live is really great too and it bothers me a little every time to take my bike when I couldn't buy it from them.

Good reception the last time I passed and I was offered the rental of some high-end machines for the day. It is noted for the next time.
