The bike I was looking for was not available in my region, so I found it at Vélozen more than 1,100 km from my home. I was surprised from the first contact (sms sent at 7:35 p.m.) to have an almost immediate response (around 8:00 p.m.). Kind, very clear and complete answer. The next day I got in touch again by phone for a few points of detail, always very kind, direct and unambiguous answers, so I ordered the bike and received it very quickly, very well packaged and accompanied by super nice attention. Of course for the after sales service, considering the distance I could only have a telephone assistance but I am very confident. I am happy to have been able to discover Vélozen and can only recommend it. Regarding the bike itself "Mustache Samedi28.3 Open" it is great. Its price is high but the quality is present. Only small point of detail, the battery box cover which is plastic and denotes the high-end quality that Mustache avails.

I bought my 2 VAE Vinora Tria 09 in April 2019. Very good advice on the purchase and more, delivered directly to the house. I then bought the specific VAE bike carrier (2) from them. Good after-sales service, my wife's VAE had a pedal problem, it was quickly resolved! , I'm going back tomorrow 12/2/2020 for a small chain problem on mine. I recommend this store specializing in VAE
