Very good advice from the saleswoman, quality materials, and a fairly stocked store (I had to do 2 stores before, to find male terminals of the right size). A little more expensive than big brands (but advice and quality come at a price).

The team is at the top, I brought back a slightly unusual Danish bike and they did everything to fix it on time, despite the current difficulty in obtaining specific parts. It's like the first day. I had good advice for maintaining my bike, I recommend!

Thanks for all of the great customer-specific advice. No complaints about the quality of the repairs which were made on time and with great diligence. Avoid at all costs! Avoid at all costs! Unacceptable discriminatory behavior. I ask for an appointment to check the bike brakes and the lady at the reception explains to me that I have to pay 10 € to have an estimate, if only visual, which will remain for them if I do not accept their estimate. While I politely ask for more details, a gentleman from the workshop calls out to me rudely (although it is clearly stated that access to the workshop is prohibited to the public and that it is necessary to address at the cash desk, they have the right to talk to you!) and drives me out of the store saying "you came in through which door sir? if you want an estimate, it's between 20 and 400 euros if you don't like our methods not go there! " I have never been treated this way! This discriminatory behavior is unacceptable under the rule of law, unless everyone is forced to pay € 10 just to access the store. But in your place I would do without this experience :)
