Cash-Web Lille Faidherbe

I absolutely do not recommend this Cash web to buy you a phone! 1 month after my purchase the phone screen started to stop working. So I went there immediately since I wasn't broken. (The receipt stated that the phone was guaranteed for technical problems). The sales people told me there was absolutely nothing they could do that the phone had to be in my bag and someone pushed me around and created a micro-claw. (Nice excuse the scratch on the protective screen which would have created the breakage of the phone) very unhappy I went to change the screen at another supplier who confirmed to me that the screen was simply not not of good quality and that the scratch on the screen protector had not even reached the phone itself. (That didn't surprise me since the web cash sellers looked at my phone for 5 seconds and didn't even bother to lift the screen protector to see a possible break in the phone itself). For a phone that cost me 500 € I expected better. I wonder what good use the screen protector I bought from you if I can't even put my phone in my bag? I do believe that if I bought my protective screen immediately with the phone it was precisely so that the micro claws were on it and not on the phone. Any excuse is good to avoid being guilty. I intend to share my opinion on this store for a long time.

I discovered the store a few days ago because I was looking for a second-hand smartphone. The two sellers present were very friendly and took the time to take care of customers even a few minutes before the store closed. Thanks to them for their good humor. I will definitely come back when I am looking for second-hand products!
