Fallet Cycles

We brought our tandem to Fallet Cycles because it wouldn't shift gears properly. The owner/mechanic adjusted it in 20 minutes while we waited. The bicycle now works perfectly. We greatly appreciated his bicycle knowledge, kindness and English!

We have known Fallet for 30 years and bought 2 bikes for it. We have always been well advised. The repairs are of high quality and carried out within a reasonable time. It does not seem shocking to me that he currently gives priority to his clients because of the success of the "helping hand" operation for which he is in high demand.

Best bicycle dealer I know Great advice, very good equipment at a very fair price. The deadlines for repairs are very correct. The owner is friendly, passionate and available. In 2 years of frequenting this establishment, I have had nothing but good surprises! I see comments like what the owner refuses to repair bikes not bought from him: I have had my bikes serviced in his establishment for 2 years, none were bought from him and he has never refused a repair, maintenance or sale of parts. I highly recommend !
