I am assured during a first visit that they change the 10 "wheel to a hard wheel for about sixty euros, and once there a gentleman accosts me asking me why I came, I explain to him and as if by chance he told me that they are not doing this performance, weird knowing that I have been confirmed that they were doing it a few weeks earlier. On the other hand, he offers to replace the inner tube for around 50 euros mdr, and a colleague comes to him whispering that they are doing the hard wheel replacement well, then low masses begin. I preferred to go away To avoid EDIT: Establishment visited between Monday 28/09 and Thursday 01/10 initially for a replacement of inner tube, a second then a third unsuccessful visit mentioned above resulted.

I buy a product in a Parisian store where the after-sales service is located in Saint-Denis. When I arrived there, I was attacked by a guard in the enclosure where the repair company was found. I continue my way to the repair shop and after 1 hour of waiting someone takes care of me for a bad reception. I leave my product there because the service is indeed overwhelmed. The company calls me back and tells me that nothing is taken from the warranty. I receive a more than high quote without supporting documents. I pay because it is my only means of transport. I collect my product from the after-sales service and surprise! I paid for a service that was not performed on my product. Half of the repairs were not done. The company is said to be the leader in the repair market, but I think rather that they are the leader as scammers. In the end, a very bad experience. Customer service that is never reachable or that does not understand anything and speaks poorly. On site unprofessional reception. Amateur after-sales service which carries out tinkering repairs on products that endanger the lives of customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU.

It's not perfect, but it's good. Example: We note 3 problems on the form, I come back and there is only the 1st pb of treaty. I have to go, that I check them well and remind them of the 2 other problems and suddenly I go home without the trott. This concern has not happened only once. Despite that, they often work faster than elsewhere (example Their neighbor weebot who gives me a 2-month deadline for a trott under warranty, I gave up and I went to green riders who were generally cheaper than the competition. 30 € labor, good luck to find as cheap elsewhere. Also they agree to repair more breakdowns than elsewhere. I visited many scooter shops in North Paris and 93 and I think that green riders do part of the best although some details can be improved.
