Decathlon Paris 19 Rosa Parks

The bike section is wonderful. They are patient and very very efficient. We came to fix my sons bike. We were told it would be a 45 min wait. Each customer before us was given the attention needed and the bikes fixed if possible. The bike section staff if possible should have 6 or more stars. They are hard working, extremely competent and informative as well.

The store accepted my order of 24h click-n-collect but they're not giving any confirmation if the product is arrived yet or no. I try to communicate with them through phonecalls but no answer, so i chatted with a responsible from Decathlon website and the person said the store accepted my order but no one confirmed if it's already being prepared or not. Bad service.

it's a big store but unfortunately the staff there would rather talk with their friends than help you i needed to buy s fishing article (which was behind glass) and spent 30 min waiting for the staff to finish his talk.
