I was very demanding on the choice, the purchase and the maintenance of my electric bike. The team took a lot of time with me for my choice. In the end, the chosen bike suits my expectations perfectly. Very kind and welcoming staff. Top service, they installed all the accessories, took the time with me to refine all my settings according to my wishes. The original handlebars did not suit me, however. Well, they changed it to me straight away without my having to insist in the least. I highly recommend. The best store for electric bikes in the north east of Paris (I had visited all the others before my choice)

I bought my bike in the shop in Brochand (very good advice) and I spent some time with the after-sales service in the 19th to make some adjustments. Deplorable experience, condescending salesman, whom I seem to bother, who does not wear a mask and just wants to sell his stock (the more expensive bikes, of course. Strangely the entry-level models are not there .) To top it off, he allows himself some remarks on the physical. And he really hopes we'll leave him 1500 euros after that? This attitude is scandalous for a trader. I live in the neighborhood but I will buy my bike elsewhere and I advise you to do the same.

I have not had the chance to have the same experience. I found a seller whose sole purpose was to sell his stock and whose advice was unsafe. In addition, no mask is worn 😷. But he explained to me that at the moment everyone wants a bike => he doesn't have to make any effort. Not sure this is a good long term strategy.
