Terrible Service - Buyers Beware Terrible Service - Méfiez-vous Acheteurs Terrible Service - Käuferschutz Pésimo servicio - compradores Cuidado Ordered a bike via their website and paid for it via PayPal. After 2 weeks I had received no communication from Roo-Elec on when I would receive my bike, not even an order number. Twice I completed their contact form on their website asking for an update on my order but received nothing back. I then got a friend who speaks French to call them. He spoke to someone who didn't seem interested at all in dealing with my order. The man said he would call back with an update but he never did. So I had to raise a dispute via PayPal and then received a refund 2 hours later. Such a waste of time and loss of reputation for Roo-Elec. Would easily have been avoided if they had just been bothered to communicate with me and be honest if they no longer had the bike available. Therefore my advice is avoid this shop as their customer service is terrible - BUYER BEWARE

To flee!! fout ... of mouth total; I bought a scooter from them which is still under warranty, they've been riding me for 2 months, supposedly the spare part for the scooter is on order !!! Each time it's another canard they know very well what they are doing and have no respect for their customers. And let's not even talk about the frustration of unanswered phone calls and the full messaging on which we can't leave messages so we have to move and when we move they serve us their usual canards, the manager and his salesman whatever it is..i've never seen that at this point it's criminal to do this to people who have had the misfortune to trust and buy
