Experienced them once for disk brake pads change and it was a real bad service, plus expensive and so poorly done...
Tried to give them another chance, so phoned them some days ago to ask if they can change my MTB transmission and I'm told by a guy on phone that they do it only if I buy the parts from them (justifying some warranty issues which is a big nonsense...).
What, seriously guys are ya into real...?! Your parts are at least 175 % to 200 % more expensive than AllTricks (yeah by the way parts you're selling are exactly the same as one sold by AllTricks) and if service is done as it was last time NO THANKS...!
Just some street upper there's another store, fast for appointments, good prices and they do it without forcing you to by any parts from them...
Yeah guys, sorry for ya, but this is how business is running...!
Very professional staff, available and attentive despite the crowds, needing a bike urgently, and after quotation. My bike was ready within the week.
Then top advice for accessories (with installation at no extra cost) and maintenance of the bike. I have come back often since at the slightest request. The staff always shows up to my expectations with an adequate response that I trust.
I highly recommend this store for the purchase and after-sales service of your bike !!!
Incredible incompetent people, we just bought an electric bike at 3000 euros in September
They already wanted to sell me like new an exhibition bike that I had seen the week before in the store
Already a scam and now I'm out of overhaul the bike I just noticed that I no longer have the battery cover at home there is a problem also on the bike an electrical fault E71 but given their skill levels nobody can troubleshoot I don't think I will stop there
I bought my bike in this store because after having visited others, those of Ecox Lafayette seemed to me to be good value for money. On the other hand, you have to know that you have to choose / pay / leave and not come back. Any questions and requests for information will be too much for the manager of the store I had to deal with, who with great annoyance responded with mumbles and raised eyebrows. Without concealing his contempt. It was even worse for his employees and for other customers. My advice: deal with other sellers.
I can understand that they have a lot of work to do with the surge in bicycle sales. But buying a bike is a big investment on the buyer's part and deserves some minimum consideration.
At the end of the summer period, for once I was in Right Bank, I started looking for Parisian bike repair shops. I did 3 before I found one open, with a mechanic available. It went better than in my wildest dreams.
The guy came straight to me while he was working on a bike. He solved my brake cables and buckled wheel problems in a jiffy, without asking me anything in return (apart from possibly a positive opinion on the net.) Never seen that, it's so nice.
No doubt my problems weren't very big and someone from a handyman could have worked it out on their own, but that's absolutely not the case. I really appreciate that he took the time.
I absolutely have to come back to tune my handlebars
