I put my monowheel in their house to repair for a flat tire, but when I took it out of the closet after they supposedly fixed it, the tire was flat again. At 80 € the repair it is expensive not to repair it, especially since I already had this problem with them before (but the owner had made a gesture the last time). I urge you to find an alternative and save yourself the back and forth, waiting, and paying for nothing. Maybe they are good for bikes and scooters, but avoid leaving your wheel at them. Update: 2 weeks, and yes I re-inflated it (with the pump that I bought from you elsewhere), then the tire deflated slowly during the night. I had this problem with you at the time, it was the tire that was slightly torn and not just the inner tube. I didn't have a puncture for over a year after that because I'm very careful not to drive fast on rather high edges to avoid shocks that could burst the inner tube or the tire. And yes it was swollen when I took it back, but that was exactly the reason why I put it at your place, I arrived at a friend's house after 30min of driving, but when I took it back a few hours later the tire was flat. Ditto when I took it from you and arrived at my home. Second update: I put it to repair at E-wheel, who told me that the inner tube was indeed punctured, AND that there were water spots on my motherboard. So the scenarios are: - You opened the wheel to repair it and you put the inner tube incorrectly and did not report the water - You opened the wheel to repair it, you repaired the inner tube well, did not report the water spots, and I had such bad luck that I had the exact same problem right after repair than before repair (possible but unlikely) - You only re-inflated the tire and you are told it's good.
